Over the two day course, you will experience an immersive cake art retreat like no other, learning from world renowned artists, Emma Jayne and Gary Pollard!
Taking part with other like-minded cake decorating enthusiasts, Emma and Gary’s incredible cake decorating workshops will be fun, educational and inspiring.

Emma Jayne
Coming from a background in fine art, Emma Jayne is famous for her amazing work and outstanding life-size showpieces. She has won an incredible array of awards, including the 2017 Cake Artist of the Year award from Cake Masters Magazine. Emma Jayne has taught and inspired many students around the globe.
Gary Pollard
For more than three decades, Gary has contributed work to an extensive list of films (including the fantasy film “Labyrinth”), TV programmes, themed environments, advertisements and exhibitions, progressing to team supervisor positions and following his creations through design, construction and installation.

Early bird price (£799) is valid until 12th November 2023. All bookings made from 13th November 2023 will be charged the standard price £899.

The Cake International Academy workshop includes all materials and equipment required to complete the final piece

Accommodation, food and drink are as detailed in the package – you are liable for any additional items (including food & drink) and this will need to be settled with Woodland Grange before check out.

Students will be able to take their pieces (not the equipment) home.

The student is responsible for their own travel costs to and from Woodland Grange.

Students must be 18+ and are responsible for themselves and their actions whilst participating – any disruptive behaviour could result in student being asked to leave the course (in this event the student would not receive any refund).

Should the event need to be postponed due to restrictions or on Government advice, you will automatically be transferred to the new dates with the option to receive a voucher should you be unable to make it. You are advised to take out insurance as Cake International cannot be held responsible for any other expenses including travel costs.
