With a love of cooking and a deep-rooted passion for baking, Lottie was one of the stars of series 11 of Channel 4’s The Great British Bake Off. She has been fascinated by cooking shows from a very young age and describes herself at a ‘perpetually frustrated perfectionist’. Her baking skills earned her the first Hollywood handshake of her GBBO series and she also won the highly-prized ‘Star Baker’ title. Before baking took over, Lottie produced pantomimes. And in her spare time she can be found playing computer games, beating escape rooms and practising yoga. Lottie’s first book BAKING IMPERFECT was published in July 2022.
