Chocolate Tempering

Discover how simple it can be to temper chocolate using the PME melting pot

You will learn how to

  • Temper chocolate 
  • Use transfer sheets to make chocolate buttons, using tempered chocolate

60 minute workshops taking place at:

Friday 1st November 10.30am, 11.45am, 2.15pm, 3.30pm
Saturday 2nd November 10.30am, 11.45am

£40 per session/ individual.

You must be 16 years of age to take part in this workshop.

Belgian Chocolate Making

Master basic chocolate making techniques/skills whilst creating 12 Belgian chocolates 

You will learn how to

  • Use transfer sheets
  • Stencils 
  • Pipe ganache

35 minute workshops taking place at:

Saturday 2nd November 14.15pm, 15.15pm, 16.15pm

Sunday 3rd November 10.30am, 14.00pm, 15.00pm, 16.00pm

£25 per session/ individual.

Open to children over 11 years who are capable of working alone.

Children’s Workshop


Make a Chocolate Platter Filled with Dipped Marshmallows & 2 Ladybirds

Children will learn how to use transfer sheets, moulds, the technique of bending chocolate, dipping, decorating, piping and finally packaging your chocolates.

30 minute workshops taking place at:

Sunday 11.30am

£20 per session/ individual.

Open to children over 7 years of age.
