You must be 16 years of age to take part in this workshop.
Master basic chocolate making techniques/skills whilst creating 12 Belgian chocolates
You will learn how to

- Pipe ganache
35 minute workshops taking place at:
Saturday 2nd November 14.15pm, 15.15pm, 16.15pm
Sunday 3rd November 10.30am, 14.00pm, 15.00pm, 16.00pm

Open to children over 11 years who are capable of working alone.
Make a Chocolate Platter Filled with Dipped Marshmallows & 2 Ladybirds
Children will learn how to use transfer sheets, moulds, the technique of bending chocolate, dipping, decorating, piping and finally packaging your chocolates.
